Correction of posture

Correction of posture

What exactly is posture correction?

Sedentary lifestyles with little exercise can lead to a variety of postural defects, which at first may only cause aesthetic problems.

For example, I try to pull myself up, but I still look hunched over, I can’t pull my shoulders back properly. I try not to push my butt out, but I look like I’m pushing it out on purpose.

These kinds of problems are always lifestyle-related, with a lot of sitting and inactivity causing some muscles to become too tight and others too weak, throwing them out of balance and creating a dysfunction.

If these problems are not addressed, they can lead to chronic pain and degenerative damage in the long term (e.g. disc herniation).

My goal is that my client regains the correct posture during our work together because free movement also leads to a free life.

In which cases, to whom do I recommend it?

  • in the case of an ankle bent inwards
  • for knees bent inwards
  • for back problems
  • for shoulders/neck falling forward
  • increased lumbar lordosis ( too concave waist )
  • for functional scoliosis
  • for sedentary people
  • for recurrent injuries (e.g. ankle – knee – hip complaints when running)
  • for developing flexibility
  • in case of reduced joint range of motion

What do I need to know about the details of the training?
