The operator of www.eisendori.com hereby informs the visitors of the Website (hereinafter: Website) about its practices regarding the processing of personal data, the organizational and technical measures taken to protect such data, as well as the rights of visitors in this regard and the possibilities of exercising them.

If the Operator requests personal data from a visitor to the Website (hereinafter referred to as „User”) for any purpose, the following provisions shall apply. This Privacy Statement contains basic information on the handling, processing and recording of any personal data provided by the User when using the Operator’s Website. The Privacy Policy may be amended at any time, and the User must check the Website from time to time to ensure that he/she is aware of any changes. The Privacy Policy is effective as of April 01, 2022. The Operator is responsible for the processing of personal data provided on the Website.

 

Principles, definitions

The Infotv. provides that personal data may only be processed if the data subject consents or if it is ordered by law or local government decree for a purpose in the public interest. Personal data may only be processed for specific purposes, for the exercise of a right or the performance of an obligation. At all stages of processing, the purpose of the processing must be fulfilled and the collection and processing of data must be fair and lawful. Only personal data that is necessary for the purpose of the processing and is adequate for the purpose shall be processed. Personal data may only be processed to the extent and for the duration necessary to achieve the purpose. Personal data are data which can be associated with the data subject, in particular the name, the identification mark and one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of the data subject, and the conclusions which can be drawn from the data concerning the data subject.

The consent of an incapacitated minor and a minor with limited capacity to act does not require the consent of his or her legal representative, as the declaration is intended for registration that occurs on a mass scale in everyday life and does not require any special consideration.

Data Controller/Service Provider: the natural or legal person or unincorporated body which, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes for which the data are processed, takes and implements the decisions concerning the processing (including the means used) or implements them through a processor on its behalf;

Processing:Any operation or set of operations which is performed upon the data, regardless of the procedure used, in particular any collection, recording, recording, organisation, storage, alteration, use, retrieval, disclosure, transmission, alignment or combination, blocking, erasure or destruction of data or any prevention of their further use, taking of photographs, sound recordings or images and any physical features which can be used to identify a person (e.g. fingerprints, palm prints, DNA samples, iris scans);

11. Data erasure: the rendering of data unrecognisable in such a way that it is no longer possible to recover it;
12. Data blocking:the marking of data with an identification mark to limit its further processing permanently or for a limited period of time;
13. Data destruction: the complete physical destruction of the medium containing the data;
14. Third party: a natural or legal person or unincorporated body other than the data subject, the controller or the processor

Scope of personal data, purpose, legal basis and duration of processing and Cookies

Data processing by the Service Provider is based on the User’s voluntary consent pursuant to Article 5 (1) (a) of Act CXII of 2011 on the Right of Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information (hereinafter: Info.tv.) and on the basis of Act CVIII of 2001 on certain issues of electronic commerce services and information society services.

The Service Provider does not verify the personal data provided to it, nor their authenticity. Only the person, User or contractor providing the data is responsible for the correctness of the data provided. By providing an e-mail address, each User also assumes responsibility for the fact that he/she is the only one to use the service from the e-mail address provided. With regard to this assumption of responsibility, any liability in connection with access from an e-mail address provided shall be borne solely by the User who provided the e-mail address. However, in order to use certain services, it may be necessary to provide the Operator with certain personal data.

Depending on the service, the following personal data may be required by the Operator:

– Name and contact details, including e-mail address,
-Cookies may store information about the parameters of your browsing device, its browser and any preferences you may have set, your previous visits, so that we can provide you with a better user experience.

 

In addition, the website may place cookies on the User’s browsing device, provided that you explicitly consent to this when you first access the website. THE SCOPE OF THE DATA PROCESSED

THE PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING

Data management serves the continuous relationship between registered Users who use the services of the Website and the Operator, the improvement of the user experience and public opinion research. Through the use of cookies, the system automatically generates statistical data on the duration of the visit, the pages visited, in order to enable the Operator to further develop and optimise the services of the Website, and to tailor them even more to the User’s needs. The Operator also uses cookies to provide the User with content that is consistent with the User’s previous activity during the next visit, and to automatically load the User’s own settings, thus making the use of the Website more convenient.

Other data provided by the User will be used and processed by the Operator solely for the purpose of providing a higher level of service to the User, in particular in the following areas:

Otherwise, when providing personal data to the Operator, you will have the possibility to choose whether you wish to receive such information by e-mail.

 

THE DURATION OF THE PROCESSING

The session IDs are automatically deleted when you leave the Website, but another part of the cookies helps the Operator to be aware of the User’s previous settings, the data and information provided by the User, other characteristics of his/her use of the Website, so that he/she does not have to re-enter them on the next visit and his/her settings are automatically loaded to provide a more pleasant user experience. The expiry dates of these cookies vary, but they are typically present on the User’s device until they are deleted by the User.

The Operator shall not be liable for any of its pages that have been deleted but archived with the help of Internet search engines. Removal of such pages is the responsibility of the search site operator.

 

WHO HAS ACCESS TO THE DATA, DATA PROCESSORS

The personal data provided by Users may be accessed by the Operator’s employees.

The Operator does not disclose personal data to third parties other than those indicated. This does not apply to any mandatory data transfers required by law, which may only take place in exceptional cases. The Operator will verify the legal basis for each data transfer before responding to each request for data from public authorities.

 

USERS’ RIGHTS REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF THEIR PERSONAL DATA, DATA ERASURE

The legal basis for data processing is the voluntary consent of Users.

In the event of inappropriate use of the services of the Website, and at the User’s request, the data relating to the User will be deleted. The deletion will take place within 24 hours of the next working day following the request for deletion.

The Operator stores the personal data on the servers of Webonic Ltd., which are protected by 24-hour personal security and are located on the Hungarian Internet backbone.

A User who feels that the Operator has violated his/her right to the protection of personal data may assert his/her claim before a civil court or request the assistance of the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH). The detailed legal provisions on this and on the obligations of the Operator are set out in Act CXII of 2011 on the protection of personal data and the disclosure of data of public interest.

The Data Protection Statement is based on Act CXII of 2011 on the Right to Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information and Act VI of 1998 on the Protection of Individuals with regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data.
